This week, the Indie Memphis Film Festival will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the 1996 releases of two made-in-Memphis films that are milestones in local movie history: Ira Sachs’ “The Delta” and Milos Forman’s “The People vs. Larry Flynt.”
The “Million Dollar Quartet” project shooting in Memphis is seeking extras. The CMT Television series is a client of the Memphis & Shelby County Film and Television Commission and the Tennessee Entertainment Commission.
Independent filmmaker Tim Sutton returns to Memphis on Friday, September 19th, for the opening weekend of the Memphis run of his feature film, "Memphis." As a special guest of The Memphis & Shelby County Film and Television Commission and Malco Theatres, Inc.
